Harmonic Finance are proud to be working exclusively with one of Europe's most successful and fastest growing SaaS (software-as-a-service) start-ups. They've created a cutting edge system to support the hotel world with the automation of all operations. Their cloud based solution is transforming the hospitality industry with the simplification of everything from the booking engine to the processing of payments.
In the space of 6 years, they've built a client base of more than 2000 businesses in more than 70 countries across the globe and are now in the process of closing a huge Series C fundraise to bring total VC investment to over £80m, increasing runway and fueling further growth.
Having tripled headcount in the past 18 months, they've recently reached 600 across their international entities and investment into growth isn't stopping there as they eye an IPO in the next few years.

Headquartered in Central London (and working on a hybrid office model), they are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join Europe's next SaaS success story.
The role:
As a key part of the Commercial Finance team, this role presents the opportunity to develop your skillset in a variety of aspects of commercial finance and learn from an incredibly experienced leadership team. You will ultimately be responsible for the build out of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and being a crucial finance business partner, bridging the gap between finance and various other teams.
Responsibilities:
- Finance Business Partner with some of the company's key departments (eg Sales & Marketing)
- Production and delivery of financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Support the implementation of a new planning tool as well as with the build out of the FP&A systems
- Production of Management Information Packs identifying trends
- Implementation of the budgeting process
- Track KPIs and key SaaS metrics and report to internal stakeholders
- Support the Commercial Finance Director with the production of long-term strategic planning
- Assist with future fundraising support and investment decisions
- Support the Commercial Finance Director with extensive ad-hoc projects
What we need to see (Essential):
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Enthusiastic and excited about working in a fast-growth start-up environment
- Strong communication skills
- Incredibly ambitious with a desire to continue learning
What we would like to see (Bonus):
- Experience within a fast-growth tech start-up or scale-up

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + share options + benefits (eg. unlimited holiday)
