Finance Assistant | Music Industry | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly growing Music business who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant.

The Role:

You will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager and Finance Director, supporting primarily with the Accounts Receivable function journals. It is a broad role that has the scope to develop as the company scales. The business is also happy to offer study support to candidates currently studying their accountancy qualifications.

Duties:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Raising and processing invoices.
• Tracking revenue.
• Downloading and administering royalty statements.
• Providing insightful commentary in management reporting.
• Preparing journal postings.
• Any ad-hoc analysis or projects.

What we need to see (essential):

• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Accounts Receivable experience
• Passion for Music!

What we'd like to see (bonus):

• Experience in the Music industry highly preferred
• Working knowledge or experience of royalty accounting (TV, Film, Music or Publishing sector)

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

Start Date: ASAP
