The Role:

Reporting in a culture driven Finance Director and sitting within a strong team including a CFO and 2 VPs of Finance, this role will offer fantastic exposure to a variety of different aspects within the finance function. There is a great commitment to internal promotion and development, with a real emphasis placed on offering comprehensive training and development opportunities throughout your tenure. As you will be working in one of the largest record labels, you will also be connected to some of the leading names within the music industry.

Duties:

• Month end journal preparation
• Preparation of monthly accounting packs for digital, physical and campaign sales including commentary of actuals v forecast and turnover reports
• Preparation and analysis of monthly D2C accounting, including merchandise and music sales.
• Prepare and reconcile daily and weekly sales reports for distribution to non-finance business partners
• Be the main point of contact and maintain relationships with physical distributors
• Assist with corporate submissions around forecasts, budgets and actuals
• Assist in monthly forecasting and modelling for budgets and forecasts
• Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with internal and external audits

What we need to see (essential):

• Strong academic background with mathematics

• Confident using Microsoft excel

• Ambitious with a high growth mindset

  What we need to see (beneficial):

• 1 years finance experience

• AAT / ACCA / CIMA studier

Salary: up to £30,000 + full study support + fantastic bonus / benefits package
