Finance Administrator | Music/TV and Film SME | West London

Harmonic are excited to be supporting an SME at the intersection of Music and Film/TV with the hire of a Finance Administrator. The company works internationally across entertainment and productions, partnering with high-profile creatives and organisations. Their team is friendly, ambitious and collaborative, and the business has enjoyed sustained growth over the last few years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple projects, and being at the heart of a fast-paced environment. The role sits within a small finance and operations team and offers broad exposure, ownership, and progression.

The Role

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activity across a portfolio of projects. You'll prepare invoices, monitor budgets, track payments, and maintain well-organised records. You'll also work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners, including international suppliers.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and takes pride in accuracy. You'll play a central part in keeping finance operations running efficiently, while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and manage payment schedules across multiple projects
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support monthly reconciliation activity
  • Track budgets and project spend, updating internal systems and documentation
  • Liaise with external suppliers and clients, ensuring information is captured and followed up
  • Support internal stakeholders with financial reporting and administration
  • Process international payments and monitor currency considerations
  • Assist with ad-hoc project tasks, including occasional travel/admin support
  • Maintain financial records and documentation for audit readiness
  • Lead and prepare materials for regular internal admin meetings
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the wider team

What We Need to See (Essential)

  • Interest in music, production, or the wider creative industries
  • 1-2 years' experience in accounts or financial coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Package:

Package: Up to £36k Working Pattern: 5 days in-office Start Date: ASAP - 1 month notice
