Commercial Financial Controller | Fast Growth E-Commerce Business | London
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a scaling e-commerce business in their search for a Commercial Financial Controller to join their growing team. As the business continues its impressive international expansion, they are looking for a Financial Controller who can have a strong impact and make changes, acting as an advisor to help the business to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who genuinely cares about its employees and where progression is actively encouraged.
With the mentoring support of the Finance Director, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to influence key business decisions as well as having responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance function. This role would suit an ambitious and driven finance professional who is keen to join a business which is extremely innovative but also values-driven.
In spite of amazing financial performance, company culture is very much geared towards a very paternalistic approach where people are looked after and decisions are made with long-term horizons. Tenure of colleagues is extremely long and there is a preference to promote from within. This role therefore suits somebody who values a respectful work environment within a profitable business versus a 'grow at all costs' mentality. The finance team is dynamic, driven, hardworking and enjoy socialising together.
