Commercial Finance Analyst | Well-Established PR Agency | London
Harmonic are delighted to exclusively partner with a well-established, integrated communications agency helping with their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team out of their Central London offices. The agency has strong expertise on working with Global, Start-up and Scale-up technology brands, working on a range of sectors including Fintech, Consumer & Enterprise Tech, and Communications & Cloud. Their work has been regularly acknowledged with prestigious industry awards, where they help brands build awareness to create engaging content and sell across multiple channels.
The Role:
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of all aspects related to client finance where you will support on commercial & management reporting as well as working capital. The role offers great exposure and development related to commercial and business partnering, where you will work closely with Client Services acting as the point of contact for all things related to commercial finance. The role offers study support and scope to progress to Revenue Controller long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Reporting, supporting with Resource Forecasting, and timesheet completion
- Holding regular revenue meetings with commentary and time variances
- Revenue posting, revenue tracker reconciliation and preparation of revenue schedules
- Oversee, assist, and approve billings
- WIP management and analysis
- Working Capital, review payment runs, and raise invoices
- Month end support
What We Need to See (Essential Skills):
- PQ ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- 1-2 years' Revenue / WIP experience
- Media / PR / Agency experience
- MS Excel proficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good all-rounder, proactive, team player
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + Study Support
Location: Central London (flex working hours)
