The Role:

The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive financial management experience within the hospitality industry and possess the analytical expertise needed to support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis to drive profitability and growth.
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and GAAP.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

What we need to see (essential):

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 6+ years as CFO in restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • R365 experience
  • 14+ years of total accounting or finance experience.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Board members and investors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

What we would like to see (non-essential):

  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Retail and/or liquor experience

Location: Greater Philadelphia Area

Salary: $220k-$260k + bonus
