Working directly with the CEO and collaborating closely with other key stakeholders, your expertise will have a significant impact on the company's trajectory. The Role:

• Crafting Financial Strategies: Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy, aligned with our ambitious growth goals. Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to senior executives, drawing from comprehensive financial analysis and market trends.
• Financial Planning and Evaluation: Supervise and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
• Collaborative Business Partnerships: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial counsel and support for strategic initiatives, product launches, and expansion endeavours. Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.
• Mitigating Risks: Establish resilient financial controls and risk management protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding the company's assets.

Essential Skills:

• Academic: ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualifications
• Senior Finance Leadership: Demonstrates extensive experience in leadership roles within finance.
• Compliance and Regulations: Possesses excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Food and Beverage industry experience

Bonus Skills:

Hypergrowth Startup Experience: Previous work experience in a rapidly expanding startup or scale-up environment.

Day Rate: £900 - £1200

Location: London (Hybrid)
