Chief Financial Officer | Digital Agency | London

The Company:

Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established Digital Agency based in London. The business is 15 years old and have an excellent foundation in place from a finance perspective, they have a series of well renowned clients and exciting growth expectations for the next three years.

They are looking for an experienced CFO who has a keen interest in growing SMEs, has a hands-on attitude, experience in professional services and someone who can act as a trusted business partner. The company has a headcount of 200 people, and they are embarking on a rapid trajectory of growth following the acquisition of more talent.

The Role:

· Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts

· Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board

· Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll

· Managing the active pipeline for international entities

· Managing the P&L and balance sheet

· Managing a team of 3 direct reports

· Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation

· Implementing a robust financial infrastructure

· Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions/sale

What we need to see (essential):

· ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

· Experience in professional services sectors

· Proactive and good communication skills

Salary: £130,000 - £170,000 + bonus + equity
