Harmonic Finance are excited to be working with an innovative FemTech start-up who are advancing in their next stage of growth. Our client is looking to expand globally over the next year or so following a PE investment last year, and in line with promising headcount growth plans, plan to bring a Global CFO into the function.
Backed by some of the most prominent Private Equity firms working in this space, there is no doubt that they will continue to spearhead the FemTech sector at a global stage. Listed in several leading Tech journals, the awareness of our client's impact is certainly spreading.
Our client holds their positive culture to be the absolute key to their success, which has been considerable, and so they are looking for someone who will positively contribute whilst hitting the ground running. With a state-of-the-art office space in Boston and in the UK, it will be a dynamic environment to join with travel opportunities in the future. This is a digital first company with a hybrid work model.
The Role
Joining as their number one in Finance & Operations, working alongside the CEO who has a wealth of experience in Health Technology, you will have direct impact on the global expansion plan and overseeing an exceptional finance team on this journey.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with and provide insights from the Finance side to the co-founders, board, and leadership.
- Provide strategic guidance towards company direction and bring an understanding of internationalisation.
- Implement the key metrics which underpin a world-class subscription scale-up.
- Producing effective and insightful financial reports for the board.
- Lead on fundraising and consistently creating ways to maintain capital.
What we need to see (Essential)
- Experience working with Senior Stakeholders
- Experience within a high-growth Tech scale-up ($100m+)
- Private Equity experience
- Global expansion experience
- Operational experience
- Led finance functions in fast-growing, data-driven environments, having had full ownership.
What we would like to see (Non-essential)
- Experience working with multi-currency funds
- SaaS / Deep tech experience
Salary
$350,000 - $400,000 + options + bonus
