Billings Lead | Fast-growth Healthcare | North London

Harmonic are very pleased to announce we are partnered with one of the UK's most exciting PE-backed giants to recruit a Billings Lead who will work from on a hybrid basis from their London HQ.

This company have scaled rapidly in the last 5 years and expect revenues to hit a milestone £1 billion annually in the next 5. Alongside huge organic growth, the business has acquired several businesses during Covid-19 as part of their major growth plans.

Despite being of a "corporate" size, this business operate day to day very much as a dynamic, values driven company with Finance sitting at the centre of all operations.

The Role:

This role will form part of the credit control team and report into the Billings & Credit Control Manager. The culture of the team is very dynamic, and this role would suit candidates who like to work in fast-paced and busy environments. The role will include:

  • Overseeing the Billings process working closely with the credit control team on any complex customer billing queries and disputes
  • Oversight of the customer accounts to ensure cash allocations are correct and accurate
  • Production of billings reports on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Liaising with external stakeholders on raising any invoices
  • Supporting with credit card / milage claims for business units
  • Issuing credit notes in a timely and accurate manor
  • Supporting credit controllers to help with optional cash recovering and checking billing deviations
  • Ad-hoq support to the finance team

What our client would like to see:

  • 1 years experience in billings or accounts receivable / credit control
  • Intermediate excel skills (pivot tables / vlookups etc)
  • Experience in working through large quantities of invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills

What we would like to see:

  • Experience in healthcare industry would be favourable
  • Experience in large business with multiple entities

Salary: Up to £29 k plus discretionary bonus (15%)

Start date: Up to 1 month notice
