Accounts Payable Assistant (3 Month Contract) | High Growth Pharmaceutical Business | London / Remote
Harmonic is excited to be working with a business with exciting growth plans currently scaling out since inception 5 years ago in the search for their next Accounts Payable Assistant on a 3 month contract.
The Company:
The business is experiencing fast growth after the successful completion of a recent high profile acquisition, with a presence in 13 countries across the globe. They are looking for their next Accounts Payable Assistant to help manage the high levels of business currently ongoing.
The company boasts a very sociable, non corporate culture and is currently experiencing year on year revenue growth in line with the success of the industry, with turnover expected to increase by 13% for the next financial year. The role is fully remote, however with a modern and vibrant open plan office space based in Sloane Square and a friendly and fun team, many choose to go into the office several times a week.
The Role:
This Accounts Payable role will be reporting directly to the companies Financial Controller, and will be working alongside two other AP Assistants. While AP focused, there will also be an emphasis on getting involved in other Finance Assistance duties to help the overall finance function.
Duties:
The main duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Involvement with various month-end tasks.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Other ad hoc duties to support the Financial Controller
What we need to see:
- At lest 12 months Accounts Payable experience
- Flexibility to support with other ad hoc finance duties
- Strong can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
Day Rate: £150 - £240 per day
Start Date: ASAP
