Accounts Payable Assistant | TV & Film Industry | London

Harmonic is excited to be working with a world-renowned Media & Entertainment company what are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Professional.

The Role:

The role has come about due to a team member being internally promoted, highlighting the excellent career progression within the team. As the Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Accounts Payable, renowned in the business for their excellent mentorship, training, and support across the Accounts department. Working within the AP team of 5 people, there will be great opportunities for progression working within an ever-expanding department.

The Duties:

The main duties will include:

• Processing invoices on a weekly basis.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Processing expenses claims.
• Involvement with various month-end tasks.
• Maintaining AP mailbox.
• Ad-hoc duties supporting the team.

What we'd like to see (Essential):

• At least 6-12 months of Finance/Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

What we'd like to see (Bonus):

• SAP experience

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Great benefits package
