The Client

Our client has scaled significantly in the last 6 years to have operations working across Europe, North America, and the UK. Alongside this international growth and with an extremely healthy balance sheet, they have a headcount of circa 350 globally. The workplace environment is dynamic and non-corporate. They take a modern approach to hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days at home.

The Role

Our client is looking for a proactive individual that can play a significant part in ensuring the smooth running of the Finance team. Reporting directly into a talented AP Manager who has excellent track record in mentoring colleagues, you will support them in managing the AP function. As the company continues to scale the role will broaden in terms of duties.

Responsibilities

• Managing AP procedures for the business.
• Processing invoices and expenses.
• Assisting with month end duties including AP reconciliations.
• Producing month-end accruals and prepayment journals.
• Ensuring there are robust controls surround Accounts Payable processes.
• Supporting with implementing new processes and driving efficiencies.
• Managing the AP inbox.
• Fielding questions from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ad-hoc duties supporting the AP Manager and Finance Director.

What we need to see (essential)

• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive and highly-organised
• Prior experience working in Accounts Payable.

What we would like to see (bonus)

• Multi-currency experience
• Experience working with Netsuite

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Study Support

Bonus: bonus and benefits (including 4 x annual company trips abroad)
