    The Client

    They have experienced exceptional growth within the last couple of years and are on track to reach a turnover of £7million this year (a 60% increase from last year). The business is keen to find someone who is fun, committed, intelligent and above-all determined to play a part in the growth of a dynamic business. As the business continues to scale, there is an opportunity to grow in to the Finance Manager role. You will also be mentored by a Finance Director who has a brilliant track record of developing talent.

    The Role

    * Responsibility for the month end process and overseeing the AP/AR function
    * Oversee and manage the production of Monthly Management accounts
    * Variance analysis and commentary to aid business decisions
    * Responsible for cash flow management and reporting
    * Assist the Finance Director with Year End accounts
    * Multi-currency bank reconciliations
    * Production of the Monthly Shareholder report

    Required Experience:

    * Excellent communicator
    * Desire to be an integral part of a dynamic business that is growing quickly
    * Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious
    * CIMA or ACCA (PQ) or finalist
