    Harmonic Finance are proud to be recruiting on an exclusive basis for one of the UK's leading private-equity backed SaaS businesses.

    Having grown their market share via organic growth over the past 10 years, the business is now becoming more acquisitive, with a particular emphasis upon integrating smaller USA-based SaaS businesses to get a foothold in the market on the other side of the Atlantic.

    The role

    The business are in the final stages of completing an acquisition of a USA business (West Coast-based, c.15 employees, c. £1 million EBITDA). The company currently has a rather 'start-up' approach to accouting whereby they are using Quickbooks and measuring success by cash in bank.
    Your core task will be to assess their current financial data and and to re-communicate this raw data into a P&L, Balance Sheet and Budget. You will therefore need to be skilled with building extracting data and building models etc. This must be UK GAAP compliant to adhere to the UK head office's reporting standards.
    You will be based from the London HQ (Zone 1) and will work standard UK hours.

    What you need

    * Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
    * Strong commercial finance experience (particularly modelling and FP&A)
    * Recent experience of hands-on production of a P&L
    * Some practical experience of UK GAAP / Accounting under IFRS standards.
    * Advanced excel (for budgeting and forecasting purposes)
    * Ability to produce Management Accounts to a high standard.
    * Confident verbal and written communication skills

    Start: within the next 2 weeks (interviews Friday 27th)

    Duration: 3-4 months months.

    Rate: £425-525 per day (dependent upon relevancy of experience)
