    Harmonic are working on behalf of a fast-growing FTSE Listed Bank who are investing heavily in restructuring their Finance function.     This is an opportunity to join the company in a business-critical role working Partnering with a range of Senior stakeholders across the business. My client is well regarded for supporting career progression and internal promotion so in the mid-term this offers the opportunity to progress into 'Director' level roles.





    The role



    The Head of FP&A for the driving the financial performance and strategic direction of the business unit. The position offers a unique opportunity to build a lot of processes almost from scratch (Financial Planning, Analysis and MI) as well as extensive exposure to C-Level stakeholders driving the Projects and Investment across the Group.



    * Manage the production and presentation of detailed financial analysis
    * Build relationships with senior stakeholders and support with strategic decisions
    * Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
    * Overhaul the MI reporting processes ensuring improved accuracy and use of information
    * Manage a team of Business Partners
    * Build and Improve the quality of MI and high-level analysis on Projects
    * Analyse the performance of strategic projects and transformation initiatives
    * Build relationships with stakeholders in multiple Business Unit's across the Group



    What you need (essential)



    * ACA, ACCA or CIMA
    * Ability to collaborate and build relationships
    * Extensive FP&A experience
    * Excellent Communication & C-Level stakeholder engagement skills
    * Highly Commercial
    * Very intelligent and able to work in a changing environment
    * Ambitious





    Additional Skills (bonus)

    * SAP experience
    * Financial Services Experience (is a plus)
    * Prior Projects experience
    * Exposure to Technology, Change, Project, IT teams





    Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 + 15-30% Bonus + Pension

    Start date: ASAP (able to wait 3 months)
