    Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for one of the UK's most established and renowned Theatres. Over the years the Theatre has played host to some incredible productions and has a great history. They are looking for a Head of Finance to join the Finance team of 6, you will have 5 direct reports and will report into the Finance Director. The company have exciting scaling plans and you will play a crucial role in business partnering and overseeing this expansion.

    The Theatre, based in Central London, is well-known throughout the world. The working environment is dynamic, non-corporate and sociable, with the team all having a common passion for theatre and the arts.     The Role:

    As the Head of Finance you will be responsible for broadly managing the Finance function, consolidating the management accounts. You will have responsibility for the financial performance reporting. You will gain great exposure working closely with the Finance Director on any ad-hoc projects and assisting with the budgeting and forecasting. There will also be exciting projects which have been signed off for you to get heavily involved with.

    The Duties:

    * Managing and developing a finance team of 5
    * Responsibility for the consolidation of Management Accounts
    * Setting the budget and forecasting for the group
    * Providing key analysis on financial performance
    * Managing cash flow
    * Driving improvements to processes and systems

    What we need to see (essential):

    * Experience with Charity accounting or Accounting for a Non-profit organisation
    * Creative background (Theatre, Media, Music or Arts)
    * ACCA/CIMA Qualified
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Passion for the Arts!

    What we'd like to see (bonus):

    * Experience working at a not for profit Theatre
    * Experience working at an Arts Charity

    Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
