    Location: London

    Harmonic Finance are proud to recruit for one of the United Kingdom's fastest-growing design and build companies. Located in sociable and well-designed offices in central London, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant who is keen to learn and grow with the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Maintaining the AP records
    * Processing invoices and entering them into the accounting system
    * Bank reconciliations
    * Processing payments and expenses
    * Analysis of aged creditors
    * Deal with suppliers
    * Match invoices against POs
    * Ad hoc duties assigned by managers

    Experience:

    * Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role (6-12 months)
    * Strong attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    * Excellent communication and written skills
    * Excellent understanding of IT systems (ideally NAV)
    * Strong organisation and planning skills
    * Good knowledge of Excel



    Additional Requirements (not essential):

    * Knowledge of CIS
    * Knowledge of other transactional finance duties e.g. bank reconciliations and cash flow.



    Salary: £22,000-24,000 + Study Support
