    Harmonic are working on behalf of a fast-growing FTSE Listed Bank who are investing heavily in restructuring their Finance function. The business has a fantastic reputation for being 'different' to other major banks.     This is an opportunity to join the company in a business-critical role Partnering with a range of Senior stakeholders in their largest, and fast-growing business units. My client is well regarded for supporting career progression and internal promotion so in the mid-term this offers the opportunity to progress into 'Head of' and 'Director' level roles.

    The role

    The FP&A Manager is responsible for Partnering with Divisional Managing Directors and the Divisional CEO to drive financial performance. It is a newly created role courtesy of expansion so there will also be the chance to develop and improve processes.

    * Build relationships with Senior stakeholders providing commercial Decision support
    * Prepare monthly Board Packs with insightful KPI's and analysis
    * Manage a small team responsible for the production of Business Unit Specific Forecasting and Planning
    * Streamline and improve the quality and accuracy of information and financial models
    * Provide financial support on major transactions & investment
    * Responsible for building the FP&A team attracting and developing talent
    * Build relationships with stakeholders in multiple locations across the UK and in different Bank wide teams (including Group Reporting and Group FP&A)

    What you need (essential)

    * ACA, ACCA or CIMA
    * Excellent Communication & stakeholder engagement skills
    * Highly Commercial and able to grasp complex macro drivers impacting performance (and be able to communicate this to Non-Finance stakeholders)
    * Extensive FP&A experience
    * Very intelligent and able to work in a changing environment
    * Ambitious

    Additional Skills (bonus)

    * SAP experience
    * Financial Services Experience (is a plus)
    * Strong Excel & Financial Modelling experience

    Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 + 10-25% Bonus + 10% Pension

    Start date: ASAP (able to wait 3 months)
