    The Client



    We are pleased to be working with one of the most anticipated hotel technology companies globally who have manufactured an innovative product to improve user experience and customisation. Having identified and manufactures the product the company have scaled to c.£8m Turnover with plans to push quickly towards £16m. Well regarded in the hotel technology industry for the innovation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growth business with a creative non-corporate culture.



    Much of this growth has come through international revenue streams due to the adaptability of the product. This opportunity will oversee strategy to widen the product base from Europe into the APAC region and North America. This is an opportunity to to be part of a fast growth business and impact a product which is already highly profitable.



    Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who would have an impact greater than running the transactional finance.



    The Role



    Working along the CFO, responsibilities will include running the day-to-day finance function to include management accounts, statutory accounts and business partnering.



    The role:

    * Support the CFO with the expanding the Finance function
    * Manage a team of 4 rising to circa 8 as the function grow - the business are keen to incorporate an FP&A analyst as part of this growth.
    * Manage the production of monthly management accounts for international entities
    * Manage monthly close process and production of consolidated accounts
    * Provide business partnering support to multiple 'in country' and group level teams
    * Provide commercial support and analysis
    * Manage the budgeting process
    * Work closely with Auditors to produce annual statutory accounts
    * Liaise with 'in country' accounting specialists for any unique compliance issues
    * Continually review and improve process
    * Multiple ad-hoc projects as the business scales
    * Support with recruitment and building your own team



    Required Experience:

    * Strong Financial Control and Financial Reporting experience
    * International site, multi-currency and international entity experience
    * Commercially Astute
    * Excellent communication
    * Qualified Accountant



    Bonus Skills:

    * Scale up or fast growth experience
    * Management experience
    * Hotel of Hospitality experience (although any multi-site international experience is a major plus



    Offered Package:

    * £80,000- £90,000
    * Start Date ASAP (no more than 3 months' notice)
