    I have been retained by one the countries biggest Healthtech 'ones-to-watch' to recruit a Finance Manager to join their highly talented, growing team.

    This is an opportunity to join a business who are seen as a true disruptor within the Healthtech/Technology space and are also cited to be a top, London-based employer.

    This Shoreditch-based business are looking for a Finance Manager with oversight of a small team of 3 PQ Accountants to help with financial oversight and internal budget setting and analysis.

    Core Duties include:

    * Take responsibilty of the production of the management accounts, budgeting and forecasting whilst receiving support from your direct reports.
    * Oversight of month-end.
    * Help non-financially savvy internal members understand budgeting and other financial matters effectively.
    * Build relationships with senior stakeholders and be an effective go-to for financial analysis and the manipulation of sales and research data with support from your team.
    * Support external year-end audit requirements as well as statutory accounts preparation.

    In order to be considered for this role, you will be a bright, ambitious, qualified accountant with a genuine interest in the Tech sector. You will be adaptable and be able to work within an ever-changing environment. You will want to set an example to other members in the Finance team and be keen on nurturing their development.
