    Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a rapidly growing record label who are based in London. They are quickly becoming one of the World's most exciting labels, and are looking to expand their reach even further oversees.

    You will be based in their cool office space in London, working with a team that is very supportive and sociable. They are looking for someone who combines a love for music and finance to come into the business and help drive their expansion.

    The Company:

    You will be the number 2 in Finance with a clear pathway to hit Financial Controller level within 12-24 months. You will take responsibility in managing the implementation of a new finance system as well as providing the monthly management accounts of all the entities. You will be at the very forefront of managing the finances of what is a record label at the cutting edge of the music industry.

    Your role will balance forecasting and budgeting, with P&L. You will also be expected from time to time to support the business with occasional transactional finance support duties (invoices, expenses etc- estimated 10% of weekly hours). This role presents a great opportunity to balance a hands on role with a strong level of analysis.

    What we need to see:

    * Fully-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or latter stages Part-Qualified
    * Strong communication skills and a sociable, fun outlook
    * Solid Excel skills

    What we'd like to see:

    * Previous experience in the music industry
    * Or similar experience within the creative sector

    £50-60k + 10% bonus + 25 days holiday + private healthcare
