    Harmonic Finance are proud to be sourcing for one of Brighton's fastest growing hospitality businesses for a Finance Controller to join their ranks.

    Over the last 3 years the business has scaled up product sales from 5 million to 18 million per year and with it the company has grown from 11 colleagues to 20 in total. Joining a growing team in their modern architectural offices you will be joining the business in a newly created position reporting directly to the Finance Director.

    The successful candidate will spend much of their time liaising with the Finance Director to focus upon strategy, funding, FP&A and commercial negotiations for the Board of Directors as well as ensuring finance controls are set in place.

    You will be directly involved in the first few month in assisting the Finance Director in fundraising further investment for the business, working very closely with Angel, Private Equity and Venture capitalist. As a result, it is very important to be a strong communicator and have polished presentation skills.

    The team are intellectual and creative, this role will suit a candidate who can think quickly on their feet and who prefers a non-corporate environment.

    What you need:

    * ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified (PQ considered for extensive Hotel background)
    * Hotel industry experience
    * Commercially astute
    * Experience managing direct reports
    * Excellent communication skills

    What we'd like to see:

    * Experience working for an International Hotel business
    * Experience in looking after multiple sites / properties

    Salary: £65,000
