    Part-Time Assistant Accountant (3 days a week) | Fast-Growth Architecture Studio | London

    Harmonic are delighted to be working with well-established and fast-growth architecture practice in their search for a Part-Time Assistant Accountant to join their expanding team. The business completes projects across the globe and operates in a fast-paced environment, so this would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to be part of a successful and creative company.

    The business itself has grown over the last two years but have maintained their SME feel. The team is vibrant, sociable and there is a big focus on retention with various events and parties to attend throughout the year as well as a great benefits package including study support.

    This role would suit someone who likes working in an entrepreneurial and international business with an increased level of autonomy including mentoring and coaching opportunities, reporting directly into the Financial Controller.

    Responsibilities

    * Full responsibility of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
    * Working with other members of the finance team to complete month-end
    * Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, accruals and prepayments.
    * Working closely with the Financial Controller to improve efficiency across the function
    * Various ad-hoc finance administration duties including processing invoices and journals
    * Credit control duties

    Requirements:

    * 12 months experience in a finance assistant/accounts assistant role
    * Experience in a service industry
    * Accounting/ Finance Degree
    * Actively studying ACCA or CIMA qualification
    * Confident and hard-working approach
    * Strong communication and organisational skills



    Salary: £28,000- £30,000 + study support

    Start date: ASAP
