    Finance Analyst (International) | World-leading Events & Digital Publishing Company | London

    Location: North London

    Harmonic are proud to be recruiting for an exciting client within the events and digital publishing sector. The organisation has a global turnover in excess of £60 million and are looking to expand their UK function by bringing on a Finance Analyst. The position would be varied and would suit someone who is committed and adaptable. The role would offer significant exposure to c-suite executives. The company are defiantly non-corporate, and you'd be surrounded and supported by a team who are hardworking, sociable and motivated. The organisation is based in beautiful, architect-designed offices in a lively area of London.

    The role will offer long term progression and exposure to various international entities, with the ability to get involved with transition projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Assist with the monthly close process to ensure financial statements are timely
    * Assist with implementing and developing policies and procedures in line with regulations, and have a focus on transition projects for international entities
    * Work with the payroll team to process expenses & payroll
    * Support accounts payable and accounts receivable and maintain all records
    * Responsibility for credit control
    * VAT reporting across various entities
    * Aged receivables analysis
    * Intercompany invoicing maintenance
    * Review and approve expenses to ensure these are correctly processed
    * Deal with financial customer queries and ad hoc support required by the finance team

    Essential Experience:

    * A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting position
    * Experience of working with multi-currencies and an organisation that has more than 1 entity within their corporate structure
    * Strong Excel skills
    * Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail

    Bonus Experience:

    * Experience working as part of a smaller finance team within a varied position

    Salary: £30,000-35,000 + study support
