Operations Coordinator | Fast-Growth Sustainable Start-Up | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a fast-growth start-up in their search for an Operations Coordinator to join their expanding team. This a fantastic opportunity to join the business as they enter a period of impressive growth. The client is looking for an ambitious and confident individual who wants to accelerate their career in supply chain and logistics.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Operations to establish processes and improve operational efficiency across the supply chain. You will take ownership of maintaining relationships with warehouses, managing lead times, tracking KPIs and monitoring stock levels. This role would suit an ambitious and driven professional who is keen to join an innovative and values-driven business.

With an incredibly strong brand presence in the industry, the business has seen huge growth over the past 12 months with the team doubling in size since the start of 2022. The company has maintained a very strong company culture which values collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring stock levels and quality control
• Working with the Head of Operations to manage the day-to-day operations and to deliver operational successes
• Tracking KPIs and striving to improve leads times
• Identifying any areas for improvement within transportation and delivery
• Full responsibility for invoicing for freight forwarders
• Various administration duties

Requirements:

• At least 6 months in a supply chain, logistics or operations role
• Experience working in a product business
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a very fast-growth organisation or start-up
• Commercially astute

Salary: £25,000- £30,000 dependent upon experience

Start date: ASAP

Location: Central London with 2 days remote working each week
