Interim Finance Manager | Fast Growth SaaS Start-Up | London (Hybrid) | 9-Month FTC

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a fast-growth SaaS Start-Up in their search for a Finance Manger to join the team on a 9-month fixed term contract. The client is looking to fill this role urgently and so only immediately available candidates will be considered.

The Client

Our client has seen increased demand in recent months and are truly revolutionising the way in which organisations use enterprise software. Having recently gone through a $15 Million Series-B funding round, and looking to grow on an international scale, the client's revenue has grown by 200% year-on-year and is predicted to continue this expansion over thew next few years. It is a fantastic time to join the business as they enter a huge period of transformation.

It is a dynamic work environment full of friendly co-workers creating a welcoming culture. The office is in Central London but there is the option to work remotely once settled in the role.

The Role

Working within a growing finance team, you will report to the highly regarded Financial Controller and talented Finance Director. You will be responsible for the technical finance function whilst still having a strong input on the commercial finance piece including budgeting and forecasting. You will also need to be comfortable working autonomously and prepared to be very hands-on immediately.

• Planning and coordination of all accounting operational functions across UK & US
• Overseeing regulatory reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly management accounts
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
• Integration and constant improvement of the new accounting system
• Working with the CFO on company listing opportunities within other markets
• Mentor and manage the more junior members of the finance team

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Previous work in a Start-Up or Scale-Up
• Available Immediately
• Highly ambitious
• Ability to adapt to the fast-changing nature in a Start-Up
• Strong Financial Accounting experience

Bonus Skills

• Prior work experience in a SaaS Start-Up
• Proficient user of accounting software

Salary: £60,000-70,000 (Pro rata to 9-Month FTC)
