Interim CFO | Fast-Growth Financial Services | Temp-to-Perm | Inside IR35
Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a Fast-Growth Financial Services business who are looking for an Interim CFO to start immediately on a 6-Month contract. The role has a hybrid working model and is Inside IR35.
The Client
Our client has over 15 years' experience in the financial services industry and are embracing technology to increase their public influence by investing heavily into their internal technology team and digital platform. They have doubled their turnover in the last two years, reaching £40M turnover last year, and forecast this trend to continue in the next two years. The company has a fantastic working culture and is renowned for their ethos and values.
The Role
Our client requires an Interim CFO to work closely with the senior leadership team and manage the finance function. There is the strong likelihood for the role to go permanent should you impress. They are looking for a commercially focussed CFO who can play a critical role in working with the Executive team on strategic decision making. The position will be highly FP&A focussed, there is also an expectation to manage and develop the finance team to become 'best-in-class'.

Required Skills:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in FCA regulated or regulated environment
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer or B2B2C company
- Commercially astute
Day Rate: £750-£950 (Inside IR35)
