Interim Management Accountant | Fast Growth Healthcare Business | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing healthcare business. This role offers the opportunity to work with a genuine market leader in the space who are offering an initial 8-month contract.

The Client

The business specialises in Healthcare solutions and have showed impressive sustained growth in the past few years - doubling twice in 5 years to reach revenues of £1 billion. To help facilitate further growth, our client is looking for a management accountant to join one of their fastest growing business units who are now doing in excess of £30 million turnover annually.

Our client is one of the most resilient healthcare businesses in the market currently who saw growth not only during lockdown but also in seeing growth in following years. This opportunity allows you to help a genuine market beating business at a crucial stage of their growth.

The culture of the business is very collaborative and although they are of a corporate size, the culture feels closer to that of an SME where they are dynamic and agile. The expectation is to come into their central London offices 2 days per week to integrate with the team in their modern architecturally designed offices.

The Role

The role offers the opportunity to embrace a wide array of duties within the finance function, such as budget reporting and variant analysis.

• Preparing and producing the monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
• Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting.
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders on cost analysis
• Assessing business processes and driving efficiencies and innovation.
• Ensuring the smooth running and operation of the finance function.

Essential Skills

• Experience working within a service-based industry i.e healthcare, NHS, construction, catering etc
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT qualified ideally (would also consider QBE / finalists)

Bonus Skills:

• Working with the NHS or in a wider healthcare industry role.

Salary: £275 - £325 (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP
