Commercial Finance Analyst - Fast Growth PR Agency

Harmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the fastest growing PR and Communications businesses in the UK. They have a t/o of £15million, an international presence and are looking to scale at 20% annually.

They have built an exceptional team of leaders in their respective markets and are very well positioned to achieve their ambitious growth targets. The CEO, COO and Finance Director actively empower people to have an impact on the business.

Due to growth they are now looking to bolster their commercial team with a new Senior Commercial Finance Analyst.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO you will undertake, present and own a variety of analysis to enhance decision making including KPI, profitability and expense reporting. You will be a member of the agency's Senior Leadership Team and ensure the financial information shared with the team allows people to make well informed decisions.

• Analytical review including KPI production, company profitability analysis
• Commercial responsibility (including credit control supervision, approval of spend against budget)
• Running the business (including partner bonus scheme calculations, staff bonus calculations, cashflow forecasting & tracking, insurance)
• Reporting including sales commentary, management accounts commentary on payroll, sales & costs
• Business Partnering (including attendance and participation in Senior Leadership Team Commercial Committees)
• Budgeting and forecasting (including process planning & timetabling, reviews, discussions and outputs, ownership of the overhead allocation model)

Desired Experience

• Agency experience
• Charismatic, confident and able to work closely with senior stakeholders

Salary:

• £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
