    We are looking for a Financial Project Manager to join Harmonic Finance's award-winning client.



    Responsibilities:



    * Take on responsibility for all aspects of financial project management of projects undertaken by the business.



    * Draw up budget forecasts and duration for new company projects as per client's requirements.



    * Gather information and liaise with accounts team for billing clients at the successful completion of projects.



    * Keep Directors informed regarding progress of active projects and incorporate positive & constructive feedback if any.



    * Identify issues if any in a project and resort to resolve them in quick time



    * Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.



    * Assist with the preparation of bills, invoices and bank deposits. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies by and resolve client billing issues.



    * Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients





    Skill, experience and qualifications required for the post



    * Degree level qualification.



    * At least 2 years Financial Project Management experience.



    * Will be able to undertake the duties of the post.



    * Will be a self starter, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual



    * Will be able to communicate confidently with various stakeholders at various levels within the business.



    * Financial awareness in order to develop the business



    * Ambition to continually drive the business forward and make it nationally successful

    You will be based in London but may be required to travel throughout the United Kingdom.



    Salary: £35,000 per annum
