    Harmonic are delighted to be working with a renowned Theatre and Production company based in London. The business are well-known for their fun and friendly working environment. Reporting directly into the Finance Director and Executive Producer, you will be working closely with both production and finance department to manage the accounts of the Production & Touring Department.

    This role is ideal for a great communicator, who has experience liaising with different departments to manage the finances of production departments. It is a great time to join the company as they have exciting plans for expansion, continuing to develop more venues across London.

    The Role:

    The Production Accountant plays a vital role acting as the point of contact between the Finance function and the Production & Touring team. You will liaise with the Executive Producer, managing annual budgets and cash flow projections.

    Moreover, you will be managing the monthly accounts process, reconciling the monthly managements accounts and providing key elements of analysis.

    Duties:

    * Responsibility for managing annual budgets and cashflow forecasts
    * Managing the monthly management accounts process
    * Providing variance analysis
    * Liaising with the Executive Producer on budgets and forecasts
    * Preparing royalty reports for those involved in productions
    * Supporting on project work
    * Ad-hoc tasks with the Finance Director & Executive Producer

    What we need to see (essential):

    * Experience working as a Production Accountant (ideally theatre experience)
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Passion for theatre!
    * Prior work in creative industries

    What we'd like to see (bonus):

    * Direct experience working in Theatre/Production

    Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
