    The role

    This position is responsible for managing the monthly close and financial reporting for the Treasury function. It offers extensive exposure to Front Office Treasury stakeholders allowing you to develop an excellent commercial understanding of the bank's funding model. This is also a chance to have an impact on the quality of Finance processes and systems with a culture of continuous improvement.

    * Manage the monthly close process, production of insightful MI, production of statutory accounts under IFRS and Management Accounting
    * Process large volumes of complex Data relating to Treasury performance and produce reporting accordingly
    * Work with Finance Manager and FC to implement and ensure delivery of multiple ad-projects (including liaising with Non-Finance and Non-Treasury stakeholders
    * Act as a Business Partner to front office Treasury function (Treasury Dealers, Product Controllers, Derivatives Traders)
    * Ensure robust financial controls environment
    * Consistently review and improve financial reporting and reconciliation processes
    * Work closely with FP&A teams to ensure accuracy of numbers

    What you need (essential)

    * ACA, ACCA or CIMA (Newly Qualified)
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Very intelligent and able to adapt in a changing work environment
    * Ambitious
    * Highly analytical mind

    * A genuine enthusiasm to learn more about Treasury
    * Audit Experience
    * Keen on process improvement
    * Technically strong grounding (IFRS)
    * Experience with SAP
    * Prior experience of working in Financial Services

    Salary: Competitive base salary + 15% - 30% Bonus + Excellent Pension
    Start date: ASAP (will wait 3 months)
