    The Client

    We are pleased to be working with an innovative e-commerce retail start-up revolutionising their market place. The company offers a fast-paced environment full of young, driven and passionate people. Having won several awards, they are growing rapidly (100% in the past year) with current Turnover of circa £20m. They are targeting £50m Turnover by 2020.

    Much of this growth is International with the business trading in c.10 countries across 3 continents. This is an opportunity to have real impact on building out the finance function in terms of both process and quality.

    They are keen to add someone to the business who is fun, hardworking, intelligent and wants to progress their career quickly.

    The have just moved into a brand-new office with plenty of space for growth in one of London's 'coolest' areas. They do a lot of socialising outside of work!

    The Role

    The Management Accountant is key to the growth of the business and is responsible for owning and improving all management accounting, MI and monthly close processes whilst closely working with the FD and COO to drive growth internationally.

    The role:

    * Manage the production of Management Accounts (multiple international entities)
    * Manage monthly close process
    * Assisting in the production of forecasts and analysis alongside the FD
    * Build Financial Reporting tools to report on stock and inventory
    * Manage the production of VAT and Intrastat returns
    * Work with External Advisors providing support on International Tax and Transfer Pricing issues
    * Assisting on the implementation of new accounting software with the FD (Navision)
    * Providing business partnering to multiple areas of the business including marketing, distribution and sales teams
    * Support multiple ad-hoc projects as the business scales

    Required Experience:

    * Self-starter
    * E-commerce/ Retail experience
    * Experience with International Operations
    * Excellent communicator
    * Ability to engage with Senior stakeholders
    * Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious
    * Part Qualified or QBE

    Bonus Skills:

    * Experience in a scale-up or start-up



    Offered Package:

    * £40,000 - £43,000 + Bonus + Pension
    * Start Date ASAP (can wait for someone with 1 months' notice)
