    Finance Manager | High-profile Charity | £40,000-£50,000 | London

I am very excited to be recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a hugely impactful charity operating internationally who are supported by some of the world's most recognisable celebrities and influencers - campaigning to raise the awareness of one of humanity's biggest afflictions.

This organisation are looking to recruit their first ever in-house Finance Manager to take control of financial management, reporting and business partner with senior stakeholders.

Reporting into the Operations Director, core duties include:

    * Overall financial management of the business to ensure that senior leaders have financial information at their fingertips.
    * Oversee the payroll, payments and expenditure processes.
    * Identify ways to improve the efficiency of internal financial processes to bring better clarity to shared financial information.
    * Build long term, personable relationships with senior stakeholders to help them understand their budgets, expenditure and restricted funds.
    * Ensure that the forecasting reports become increasingly concise and in line with actuals.
    * The collation and review of monthly reporting including restricted fund reporting.
    * Play a key role in providing reporting for potential fundraising opportunities.
    * Ensure the charity are financially sound. Be the go-to person for all financial activities.
    * Ensure that finance systems and processes are future-proofed for expansion.
    * Either be the 'master of' or play a large part in keeping the I.T systems up to date.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and motivated individual to join a well-funded organisation with significant growth plans who are consistently in the public eye. Aside from being a confident Accountant, you will need to have real passion for this businesses' cause and be a proud ambassador of their mission. It would suit either a qualified or part-qualified Accountant, not necessarily with NFP experience but you must possess genuine interest in working within the sector.

In return this business offer a sound financial package, impressive annual leave, continuous development with opportunities to establish a more senior role and an inviting collaborative culture. In additional, take personal satisfaction from knowing you represent one of the most dynamic NFP organisations out there.
