    The company

    Making major headlines in the European press for some time now, our client - having recently delivered a major fund raise - are on the cusp of becoming a household name, having already delivered incredible growth and brand reputation within a very short time frame.

    In order to deliver their 3 year strategy, they have tasked Harmonic Finance with supporting their recruitment of the business's first CFO.

    The role
    Although you will be ably supported by a Snr Financial Controller and another more junior finance colleague, this is a true 'hands-on' CFO role, where you will be expected to deal with strategy leadership and investor relations. While also dealing with ensuring best of class FP&A analysis, process improvements and stat accounting from you and the team.

    The business will be unrecognizable within 12 months, so it is important that you thrive in an environment where growth plans are aggressive. An ability to be adaptable, operationally-minded and a passion for building, coaching and scaling finance teams
    Although it is not a pre-requisite for consideration for the role, candidates who have previous experience of the beverages sector (particularly in relation to the in-sourcing of bottling or canning and packaging) would be of particular interest.

    What we need to see (essential):

    * At least 3 years experience in an FD or CFO role.
    * Past experience of having worked in a fast-growth Private Equity or VC-backed business would be of real benefit.

    What we'd like to see (bonus)

    * ACA-qualified candidates will be looked upon most favourably
    * Food or Beverage industry experience
    * Previous experience of supporting an IPO process

    Salary: £100-110,000 + market leading equity
